Place signs on a road for the purpose of indicating the maximum speed to be observed by drivers while driving on, by or towards a work area or a work site where workers are engaged, or works are in progress at the direction of the Council

Install, display, alter, operate or remove a traffic control device for the purposes of imposing, varying or abolishing a parking control on a temporary basis on a road which is under the care, control and management of the Council
