regulation 9(2)	Determine the manner and form and time period for the calling of public submissions under section 16(4)(c) of the Disability Inclusion Act	1 Delegates

regulation 9(4)	Prepare and provide a report to the Chief Executive Officer of the administrative unit of the public service that is responsible for assisting a Minister in the administration of this Act	1 Delegates
