In exercise of the powers under Section 44 and Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1999 I, as Chief Executive Officer hereby impose these additional Conditions and Limitations to the Local Government Act 1999 and the Real Property Act 1886 (the Acts) on the sub-delegates identified below: • DirCityOperations • DirComServices • DirPlanRegServices • MgrAssetsTechServ • MgrComSafProperty • MgrRecServices |

Conditions and Limitations 1. For any sub-delegations under this Act that would have the effect of exercising change to the existing operating and management practices of Council's commercial portfolio these delegated powers can only be exercised or relied upon following formal consideration and approval from the Directors Group and/or the Chief Executive Officer regarding the context or scope of the intended arrangements.
2. Additionally, sub-delegated powers should not be exercised without first seeking approval of the Directors Group and/or the Chief Executive Officer specifically if determining changes to the terms and conditions of a commercial arrangement (to a significant or material degree) or the provision of incentive packages to encourage investment/ development relating to Council's Commercial portfolio.
